SD Al Siddiq International Begins the First Day of School with Interactive Storytelling

SD Al Siddiq International began the first day of school in Semester 2 of the 2025/2026 Academic Year with an inspiring and enjoyable activity through an interactive storytelling session led by speaker Palupi Mutiasih, M.Pd. The activity was attended by students with great enthusiasm and served as a memorable opening to the new semester. During the session, Palupi Mutiasih, M.Pd. shared stories closely related to children’s everyday lives, such as experiences at home, at school, and interactions with their peers. The stories were delivered in simple, expressive, and easy-to-understand language, allowing students to be actively engaged throughout the activity. The atmosphere became even more lively as the session was designed to be highly interactive. Students were invited to participate through question-and-answer activities, simple movements, and expressive responses that encouraged them to be more confident and courageous. Rather than just listening, the children were encouraged to think, respond, and express their opinions joyfully. This storytelling activity aimed to build students’ enthusiasm for learning on the first day of school, develop their language skills, and foster positive character traits from the very beginning. With a warm and enjoyable atmosphere, students appeared more prepared and motivated to take part in subsequent learning activities. Through this programme, SD Al Siddiq International hopes to create meaningful learning experiences from the very first day of school and to cultivate a sense of comfort and happiness for all students.By: Yundara Ulfa Priatna, M.Pd
