Alhamdulillah, pupils of Al Siddiq International Primary School were once again given the opportunity to take part in a Scout activity organised at the District Scout Council level. On Friday, 12 June 2026, representatives from Al Siddiq International Primary School participated in the Cub Scout Patrol Leaders’ Training (Gladian Pimpinan Barung – Dianpinru) organised by the Pondokgede District Scout Council at the Wiladatika Cibubur Scout Campsite. The programme brought together selected Cub Scout patrol leaders from various primary schools across the Pondokgede area. The primary objective of the Dianpinru programme was to equip participants with essential leadership skills while strengthening teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and the character values that form the foundation of Scout education. Al Siddiq International Primary School proudly sent four outstanding pupils to represent the school at the event: Muhammad Denzel Alfarouq Wirayudha (Year 3B)AlFathar Akbar Akhsan (Year 3B)Arsylia Humairah Al Hafidzah (Year 2C)Shamima Zafreen Atmaja (Year 2D) Throughout the programme, participants took part in a variety of training sessions and practical activities designed to develop their leadership, communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills. They also gained valuable opportunities to interact with and learn from fellow Cub Scouts representing other primary schools, broadening their experiences and strengthening the spirit of friendship within the Scouting community. The participation of Al Siddiq International Primary School pupils in the Dianpinru programme reflects the school’s commitment to nurturing students’ character through meaningful and educational co-curricular activities. Through Scouting, pupils are encouraged to grow into independent, disciplined, courageous individuals with strong leadership qualities. The school extends its sincere appreciation to all participating pupils for their enthusiasm, dedication, and exemplary spirit throughout the programme. Gratitude is also expressed to the parents for their continued encouragement and support, which enabled the pupils to participate wholeheartedly. May the knowledge, experiences, and values gained from the Cub Scout Patrol Leaders’ Training serve as a valuable foundation for these young participants as they continue to develop into responsible, principled, and inspiring future leaders.
