Al Siddiq International Holds the Semester 2 Work Meeting for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

Al Siddiq International once again convened the Semester 2 Work Meeting for the 2025/2026 Academic Year as a strategic step to strengthen planning, evaluation, and programme synergy across all units. The meeting was attended by all elements of leadership, teachers, and staff, and was also graced by the Chair of the Foundation, the School Director, leaders in the Islamic affairs division, and all principals from each educational unit.

This work meeting served as an important momentum to align vision and reinforce collective commitment in facing the second semester. Held in a warm and collaborative atmosphere, all participants were actively engaged in discussions, presentations, and the formulation of programmes oriented towards improving the quality of education and school services.

The main agenda of the Work Meeting focused on the preparation and consolidation of work programmes for each unit. Every unit was given the opportunity to design programmes aligned with the school’s policy direction, students’ needs, and future educational challenges. These programmes are expected to promote more effective, innovative, and sustainable learning.

In addition to programme planning, the meeting also discussed the standardisation of Islamic values as the distinctive identity and core strength of Al Siddiq International. This standardisation includes strengthening Islamic values in daily school life, cultivating regular worship practices and good manners (adab), and integrating Islamic principles into the learning process. These efforts aim to ensure that all units share a consistent understanding and application of Islamic values.

At the same time, general staff regulations were also presented as a shared guideline in carrying out duties and responsibilities. This discussion was intended to create a professional, orderly, and harmonious working environment, enabling all members of the school community to work optimally and support one another.

The presentation session of each unit’s work outcomes became one of the key components of the meeting. The Kindergarten (TK), Primary School (SD), Junior High School (SMP), Islamic Unit, and Bilingual Unit presented their achievements, programme evaluations, and follow-up plans to be implemented in Semester 2. Through these presentations, all participants gained a comprehensive overview of the school’s progress, while also fostering mutual learning among units.

With regard to the Bilingual Programme, its implementation is planned to be carried out in stages to ensure readiness and quality of execution. The first phase is scheduled for the 22nd–24th, followed by the second phase on the 7th, 8th, and 9th. This phased approach is expected to strengthen educators’ competencies and enhance the quality of bilingual learning across all units.

Through the Semester 2 Work Meeting for the 2025/2026 Academic Year, Al Siddiq International reaffirms its commitment to continuous growth and improvement through careful planning, ongoing evaluation, and strong collaboration among units. With a spirit of togetherness and strong Islamic values, all programmes formulated are expected to have a positive impact on students, parents, and the wider community.
