SD Al Siddiq International held the Tasmi’ and Munaqosyah Al-Qur’an activities as part of its tahfidz (Qur’an memorisation) development programme, which is one of the school’s flagship initiatives. This activity serves as a form of spiritual guidance aimed at fostering students’ enthusiasm in preserving, memorising, and reciting the Qur’an properly and beautifully. During the Tasmi’ and Munaqosyah sessions, students had the opportunity to present their memorisation in front of tahfidz teachers, classmates, and parents who attended to offer their support. This moment became both a test and an evaluation of the students’ Qur’an memorisation progress. A solemn and emotional atmosphere filled the room as the students confidently and passionately recited verses from the Holy Qur’an. Through this activity, the school aims to instil the values of consistency, discipline, and love for the Qur’an from an early age. The focus is not only on memorisation skills but also on understanding and practising the teachings of the Qur’an in daily life. Al Siddiq International Primary School carried out its accreditation visitation on Monday and Tuesday, 13–14 October 2025, following an official summons issued by BAN PDM (the National Accreditation Board for Primary and Secondary Education). The school received the call for the accreditation process in September 2025. Upon receiving the notification, the school promptly responded by forming an internal accreditation team and completing the accreditation instruments through the Sispena system. During the preparation stage, the school team worked diligently to compile and complete all necessary data and supporting documents that serve as the basis for accreditation assessment. These documents included the main Kurikulum Satuan Pendidikan (KSP – School Curriculum Document), the Annual Work Plan (RKT), the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS), the annual academic calendar, examples of lesson plans, photos or videos of the learning environment, and 14 points of DKA (Accreditation Performance Data), which cover various aspects of school performance. The data entry was carried out thoroughly and carefully to ensure all assessment components were presented comprehensively and accurately. Once the documents were verified and declared ready by BAN PDM, the school received an official notice confirming the visitation schedule for 13–14 October 2025. The accreditation visitation involved two assessors from BAN PDM: Mr Lukman Nurhakim, S.Pd., M.Pd., and Mrs Lilis Sumarni, S.Pd., M.Pd. In addition, the event was also attended by Mr M. Bambang Saryono, M.Pd., and Mr M. Eko Agustin, S.S., who represented the Bekasi City Education Office as supervisors and mentors. The first day began with a presentation of the school profile by the management team, outlining the school’s vision and mission, flagship programmes, achievements, and quality development strategies that have been implemented. Following this, the assessors listened to the school’s performance presentation and conducted discussion and confirmation sessions to explore the implementation of various programmes in greater depth. The agenda continued with teacher interviews to assess their understanding of learning implementation, interviews with parents to gather their perspectives on educational services, and classroom observations to review the learning process. The assessors also conducted a school environment inspection to ensure that facilities and infrastructure met accreditation standards. On the second day, the visitation focused on an in-depth interview with the Head of School, discussing leadership, school management strategies, learning innovations, and future development plans. The assessors also interviewed students to hear first-hand about their learning experiences. To conclude the process, the assessors presented their preliminary findings to the school. During this session, they expressed appreciation for the school’s positive achievements and provided recommendations for further strengthening the quality of educational services. The BAN PDM accreditation visitation was not merely an administrative evaluation but also an important opportunity for the school to conduct comprehensive evaluation, reflection, and quality improvement. Al Siddiq International Primary School approached this process with a spirit of collaboration, involving all stakeholders—teachers, staff, students, and parents alike. The scouting spirit of Al Siddiq International Primary School students once again brought a proud achievement. In the 2025 Pesta Siaga event for the Pondok Gede region, held on Wednesday, 8 October 2025, at the Pramuka Campground and Graha Wisata, Cibubur, the Siaga team of Al Siddiq International Primary School won First Runner-Up (Juara Harapan I). The event was attended by Siaga scout teams from various primary schools across the Pondok Gede area and took place from 08.00 to 15.30 WIB. The atmosphere was lively and full of enthusiasm. The activities began with an opening ceremony conducted solemnly and orderly by all participants, creating a warm and spirited scouting environment filled with camaraderie. After the ceremony, participants joined a range of competitions and educational games designed to test agility, teamwork, and creativity. These included a scouting-themed fashion show, guess-the-song, guess-the-national-figure, puzzle assembly, knot-tying, ball toss, and an exciting bulldozer game that required strong team coordination. The Al Siddiq Siaga team consisted of Year 3 students: Renjiro (3A), Fathan (3A), Habib (3A), Abi (3B), Farouq (3B), and Aunur (3B). All six students performed with great enthusiasm and strong teamwork in every challenge. Their solid cooperation and team spirit became the key to their success, earning them the title of First Runner-Up in this prestigious competition. This achievement is not merely about trophies or rankings but reflects an important learning journey—from practice sessions and building teamwork to gaining the confidence to perform in front of participants from other schools. The entire Al Siddiq International Primary School community expressed their appreciation and pride for the students’ hard work and the dedication of their scout leaders who guided them throughout the process. The students of Al Siddiq International Primary School showed remarkable enthusiasm and spirit as they took part in the prestigious Bell’s Cup 2025, organised by St. Bellarminus School, Bekasi. The competition took place from 6–11 October 2025 and involved participants from various schools, ranging from early childhood (KB–TK) to primary level (SD). The Bell’s Cup is an annual event featuring a variety of exciting competitions designed to uncover talents, sharpen creativity, and build children’s self-confidence. This year’s competition categories included colouring, ball transfer, photogenic, and drawing contests. In this event, Al Siddiq sent its best student representatives to participate. For the drawing competition, the school was represented by Alfath from Year 5 and Zafira from Year 6. Both performed with enthusiasm and creativity, expressing their ideas and imagination through their artwork. Although they did not manage to bring home a trophy, their participation provided a valuable experience and a joyful learning opportunity. Meanwhile, in the storytelling category, Al Siddiq International Primary School was represented by Ayana (Year 5) and Fathimah (Year 5). With thorough preparation and intensive practice, both students confidently performed before the panel of judges. A proud moment came when Fathimah advanced to the final round. Out of around 30 participants in the preliminary stage, Fathimah succeeded in securing a place among the top 10 finalists—an impressive achievement that brought pride to the school. The entire Al Siddiq International Primary School community extended their full support and prayers for Fathimah to perform her best in the final round and make the school proud. The participation of the students in this event was not merely about winning or losing, but about the courage to try, learning to be confident, and fostering a spirit of healthy competition. Al Siddiq International Primary School once again held its Friday Sharing activity for the second time in the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. This positive school tradition took place on Friday, 3 October 2025, with the aim of instilling the spirit of sharing, social awareness, and gratitude among students. In this Friday Sharing event, each student brought food from home to share with their classmates and other members of the school community. From early morning, the school atmosphere was lively and filled with joy. The children exchanged food, visited other classes, and shared with teachers and school staff. This moment became a valuable experience in strengthening the sense of togetherness within the school environment. This simple act of sharing food taught the children the meaning of giving sincerely and spreading happiness without discrimination. For some students, it was also an opportunity to express creativity in preparing their meals and to build confidence in interacting with different members of the school community. Teachers attentively accompanied the students throughout the activity, ensuring it ran smoothly, safely, and meaningfully. They also reminded the children that sharing is not only about material things, but also about sincerity and empathy towards others. Through the monthly Friday Sharing programme, Al Siddiq International Primary School strives to nurture students who are generous, noble in character, and have a strong sense of cooperation. In an effort to strengthen collaboration between the school and parents, Al Siddiq International Primary School held a meeting of the School Committee and Class Coordinators (Korlas) on Wednesday, 1 October 2025. This event served as an important moment to introduce the newly appointed class coordinators and to reinforce synergy among the school, the committee, and parent representatives for the 2025/2026 academic year. The school committee, which continues its term of service, remains a strategic partner in supporting the school’s policies and programmes. Meanwhile, the new class coordinators were officially introduced so they can actively play their role in facilitating communication between parents and the school in each class. The meeting began with welcoming remarks from the school, emphasising the importance of collaboration among all elements of the school community to achieve a positive and harmonious learning environment. On this occasion, the headteacher also expressed appreciation for the committee’s dedication and ongoing support, while warmly welcoming the new class coordinators as part of the Al Siddiq International Primary School family. Through this event, it is hoped that the school and parents will continue to build open, synergistic, and sustainable communication. The roles of class coordinators and the committee are vital in encouraging active parental participation in various school activities, both academic and non-academic. All teachers at Al Siddiq International Primary School have participated in completing the Learning Environment Survey (Sulingjar) as part of the implementation of the National Assessment (AN) organised by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This activity aims to obtain a comprehensive overview of the learning environment, school culture, and the support provided to students in the learning process. The Learning Environment Survey serves as an important instrument for assessing the educational climate within the school. Through this survey, teachers provide responses based on their real experiences in their respective workplaces, covering aspects such as leadership, teaching practices, and the well-being and engagement of the school community. The implementation of Sulingjar at Al Siddiq International Primary School was conducted in an orderly and conscientious manner. Teachers completed the survey online through the official platform of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), assisted by the school’s technical team, who ensured that the process ran smoothly and in accordance with the established guidelines. The school expressed its appreciation to all teachers who actively participated in this activity. The results of the Learning Environment Survey will serve as material for reflection and evaluation to help the school improve the quality of education and foster a safe, comfortable, and student-wellbeing-oriented learning atmosphere. Al Siddiq International Primary School has once again achieved a remarkable accomplishment. Two students from Year 1 and Year 4 proudly won Third Runner-Up in the Qur’an Recitation (Tilawah) Competition held on 21 September 2024 at Eureka Bookhouse, Kalibata, South Jakarta. The competition was organised by Eureka Bookhouse in collaboration with Erlangga Publishers to commemorate the Birthday of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). The event was open to primary school students, divided into two categories: Years 1–3, who recited and memorised Surahs An-Nas to Az-Zalzalah, and Years 4–6, who performed Surahs Al-Bayyinah to Al-A‘la. The competition welcomed participants from both public and private Primary Schools (SD) and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) across Indonesia. Al Siddiq International Primary School sent 12 talented students to represent the school. During the competition, there were approximately 33 participants in the Years 1–3 category and 15 participants in the Years 4–6 category. The judging criteria included fluency, tajwid (pronunciation and articulation), melodic recitation, and presentation neatness. Two of Al Siddiq’s representatives, Khansa Azkadina Aisy (Year 1C) and Sheema (Year 4), both earned Third Runner-Up in their respective categories — a truly outstanding achievement that brought pride to the entire school community. The students were trained by their respective Qur’an teachers, with Ms. Nadya, Lc., serving as one of the Tilawah competition mentors. She shared her thoughts: “The event was very enjoyable — the children were all enthusiastic about taking part, and it became even more exciting with a prize quiz at the end. However, the only challenge was that there were too many participants in the Year 1–3 category, which made the children a bit tired from waiting. I hope this achievement motivates other students to reach for their own success.” The Principal of Al Siddiq International Primary School, Ms. Reni Oktavia, S.Sos., M.Pd., also expressed her gratitude, saying: “Jazakumullahu khairan to everyone — the whole team, especially Mr. Dede, Mr. Asep, and Ms. Nadya, for accompanying and supporting our students. In accordance with the academic calendar of Al Siddiq International Primary School , the Mid-Semester Report Distribution was held on Saturday, 28 September 2024. The event involved class teachers, assistant teachers, Qur’an teachers, and parents of students from Year 1 to Year 5, taking place in each respective classroom. Al Siddiq International Primary School conducted the distribution of learning progress reports (rapor) as part of an evaluation process to measure students’ achievements based on the results of the Mid-Semester Summative Assessment (STS), which had been carried out by all students the previous week. One of the main purposes of this activity was to serve as an evaluation tool for students’ academic abilities during their learning period, as well as to motivate them to study more diligently in the upcoming semester. The Principal of Al Siddiq International Primary School, Ms Reni Oktavia, S.Si., M.Pd., expressed her gratitude, saying, “Alhamdulillah, the mid-semester report distribution at Al Siddiq International Primary School went smoothly without any issues.” Meanwhile, one of the teachers of Al Siddiq International Primary School, Ms Zena Zahara Al-Liatsi, S.Si., who is also the Year 4 class teacher, shared her thoughts, “The students’ report scores are quite satisfying.
