SMP Al-Siddiq International conducted a matriculation program for transfer students as part of the school’s commitment to providing inclusive and equitable educational services. The program was held from mid-December 2025 until early February 2026, taking place in the school Library and the Teachers’ Room.
This matriculation program was specifically designed for transfer students who faced learning difficulties due to gaps in their academic progress. The participants came from diverse backgrounds, including students who had temporarily stopped attending school due to trauma from bullying cases at their previous schools, students transferring from abroad with different competency standards, as well as those who experienced unexpected misfortunes that prevented them from attending school for more than one month.
Through this program, the school aimed to help students catch up on missed lessons while also rebuilding their confidence in the learning process. The schedule and structure of the matriculation program were designed by Miss Robiah Adawiyah, M.Pd., Vice Principal for Curriculum Affairs, based on the academic needs of each student.
The matriculation classes were conducted privately by subject teachers. These sessions were scheduled during teachers’ free periods so as not to interfere with regular classroom teaching schedules, ensuring that both the matriculation program and regular learning activities ran effectively.
In early February 2026, students who participated in the matriculation program took the make-up Semester Final Assessment (SAS). The assessment was administered either through a Learning Management System (LMS) designed by Mr. Muhammad Fathul Ihsan, M.Res., or through written examinations, depending on the conditions and needs of the students.
Through this matriculation program, SMP Al-Siddiq International hopes that all transfer students will adapt well to the new learning environment, achieve the expected competencies, and continue their education with greater comfort and confidence.
