Bekasi – February 2024
One of the learning themes for Al Siddiq International Kindergarten students is getting to know different modes of transportation. On this occasion, the children had the exciting opportunity to experience riding the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Jabodebek — the Greater Jakarta light rail system.
The trip took place on Thursday, 1 February 2024, beginning at Jatibening Baru Station and continuing to Bekasi Barat Station. The students learned how to enter the station using access cards, wait for the train on the platform, and sit properly inside the carriage once aboard.
Upon arriving at Bekasi Barat Station, the children also enjoyed playtime at Kidzilla, a play area inside Revo Mall, which is directly connected to the transit station. By midday, the children prepared to return to school — once again travelling by LRT.
