Bekasi, 28 August 2026 — Al-Siddiq International Secondary School held the Student Council (OSIS) Accountability Report (Laporan Pertanggungjawaban/LPJ) for the 2025/2026 term on Friday, 28 August 2026. The event took place on the second floor of the School Mosque and served as both an evaluation process and a valuable leadership-learning experience for students.
The activity began with a morning dhikr session, followed by a tausiyah as part of the students’ spiritual development and character-building programme. After the religious activities had concluded, the programme continued with its main agenda: the OSIS Accountability Report for the 2025/2026 term.
The report was presented by the OSIS President, Azka Fakhri Arkananta, together with the OSIS Vice President, Muhammad Kautsar Mehaga Perangi, under the guidance of the OSIS advisers, Mr Amal Zikrullah, M.Pd. and Mrs Diah Santikawati, S.Pd.
During the forum, the OSIS committee presented a report on the various work programmes that had been planned and implemented throughout their term of office. The report served as a form of accountability to the school, OSIS members, and advisers for the responsibilities and trust entrusted to them during the 2025/2026 term.
Following the presentation, OSIS members and the advisers took part in an evaluation process and formally received the accountability report. This provided all members with an opportunity to review the achievements of the programmes, the challenges encountered, and the areas requiring attention and improvement for the next OSIS administration.
One of the flagship programmes of the 2025/2026 OSIS administration was the creation of opportunities for students at Al-Siddiq International Secondary School to develop their creativity. OSIS sought to provide a platform for students to express their ideas, talents, interests, and abilities through various activities within the school environment.
In addition, OSIS played an active role in enlivening various national and religious celebrations, as well as important school occasions, with OSIS committee members involved in organising and implementing the activities. Such involvement provided students with practical experience in planning events, distributing responsibilities, coordinating with one another, working as a team, and completing responsibilities collectively.
The LPJ was not merely an administrative organisational agenda, but also an integral part of character education and student leadership development. Through their organisational experience, students learnt that leadership is not simply about implementing programmes, but also about fulfilling a trust, demonstrating responsibility, maintaining transparency, conducting evaluations, and being prepared to account for every responsibility entrusted to them.
The programme, which began with morning dhikr and a tausiyah, also conveyed an important message: leadership at Al-Siddiq International Secondary School is developed not only through organisational skills, but also through spiritual growth and character development. A leader is expected to be able to work and collaborate effectively, while also demonstrating strong moral values, integrity, and a sense of responsibility.
The OSIS advisers expressed their appreciation for the contributions and hard work of all committee members throughout the term. The achievements accomplished during the year were valuable milestones to be appreciated and celebrated, while the shortcomings and challenges identified served as important lessons for building a stronger organisation in the future.
With the completion of this accountability report, the 2025/2026 OSIS administration has successfully completed one of the important stages in its organisational journey. The experience gained throughout the term is expected to become a valuable foundation for the students as they continue to develop their leadership abilities and make positive contributions to the school community.
The activity also formed part of the process of student leadership regeneration, ensuring that the spirit of creativity, responsibility, collaboration, and care for the school can continue to be carried forward by the next generation of student leaders.
Through dhikr and tausiyah, students strengthen their values. Through organisation, they learn to lead. And through accountability, they learn to become leaders who uphold their trust and responsibilities.
