SMP Al-Siddiq International Students Take Part in the KSNR 2026 Preliminary Round

Bekasi – Students from SMP Al-Siddiq International took part in the preliminary round of the KSNR (Kompetisi Sains Nalaria Realistik), held on Sunday, 23 August 2026, at Sekolah Islam Teratai Putih Global, Bekasi. Participation in this competition was part of the school’s efforts to provide students with valuable opportunities to develop their academic abilities, particularly in Science and English.

SMP Al-Siddiq International sent a number of students who were ready to take on challenges in their respective fields. The participants were Al Vatara, Fauzan, Cordelia, Al-Kautsar, Azka, Carisa, Alina, Raisafa, and Alanza Lareina. They took part in the preliminary round with great enthusiasm and strived to perform at their best following a series of preparations organised by the school.

Prior to the competition, the students received intensive training through various practice sessions and sets of questions tailored to the nature of the competition. These exercises were designed to familiarise students with questions requiring logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. As the final stage of their preparation, the participants also took part in a coaching session via Zoom with the Vice Principal for Curriculum, Mr Fathul Ihsan, M.Res., and Mr Wong, providing them with further preparation and guidance before facing the competition.

During the preliminary round, the students were accompanied directly by the Vice Principal for Curriculum, Mr Fathul Ihsan, M.Res. His presence demonstrated the school’s support while also motivating the participants to remain confident and perform to the best of their abilities. Taking part in KSNR also provided the students with a valuable opportunity to assess their abilities and experience the atmosphere of an academic competition first-hand.

Looking ahead, experiences gained from participating in competitions such as KSNR are expected to contribute to building a competitive mindset, strengthening academic readiness, and encouraging students to face new challenges with confidence. Every competition is not simply about the final result, but also about the learning process and experiences gained along the way. Hopefully, in future competitions, the students of SMP Al-Siddiq International will have a stronger understanding of the competition environment, better preparation, and greater confidence to strive for their best achievements.
