On Tuesday, 12 May 2026, the Kindergarten B students of Al Siddiq International took part in a yearbook photo session. The activity was held in the TK B1–Ummu Kultsum Al Siddiq classroom in an atmosphere filled with excitement and joy. Since the morning, the children had arrived at school as usual at 8:00 a.m. wearing costumes that had been specially prepared according to each class theme. The school environment looked even more festive, as the colourful outfits and accessories worn by the children made the occasion feel truly special.
Before the activity began, all the children followed their usual school routine by reciting prayers together and participating in murojaah. This was done to ensure that the children remained accustomed to beginning activities with prayer and revising the memorisation they had previously learned. Afterwards, the teachers guided the children in preparing for the photography session. The children appeared enthusiastic and eager to wait for their turn to take photographs with their classmates.
The photo session began with group photographs for each class. TK B1 adopted a colourful picnic theme that created a cheerful and vibrant atmosphere. The children looked wonderfully coordinated in their colourful costumes, making the photographs even more attractive. Meanwhile, TK B2 chose a colourful camping theme, which was equally exciting with various adventure-themed props and equipment. After the group photographs were completed, the activity continued with individual profile photographs for each student. For the profile photos, TK B1 students continued wearing their colourful costumes, while TK B2 students dressed in professional outfits such as doctors, police officers, chefs, and other future career aspirations.
In addition, the activity continued with a graduation gown photo session. This became one of the most memorable moments of the day, as it symbolised the children preparing to complete their kindergarten education and continue on to primary school. Wearing graduation gowns, the children looked even more confident and delighted. Teachers and parents alike hoped that these photographs would become beautiful memories that the children would cherish in the future.
As the closing activity, a drone video recording session was held on the school field. The children gathered together, waving their hands and showing cheerful expressions towards the drone camera. This video session added even more excitement to the programme and became a special form of documentation for the future graduates of TK B Al Siddiq International. The yearbook itself was created as a keepsake for the students before parting ways with their beloved friends and teachers. Furthermore, the yearbook serves as a record of the children’s learning journey during their time in kindergarten and as a treasured memory they can look back on even as adults.
