Al Siddiq International School continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing students’ potential not only through academic activities, but also through extracurricular programmes held regularly every Friday. These activities provide a platform for lower secondary (SMP) students to channel their interests and talents to their fullest potential.
A wide range of extracurricular options is available, including badminton, archery, science club, coding, graphic design, and karate. All activities are designed based on students’ interests and abilities, allowing them the freedom to choose areas that align with their passions and potential.
One extracurricular activity that has shown significant progress is archery. In this programme, one student, Altha Khumaira, successfully took part in a national-level championship. This achievement serves as evidence that the training provided is capable of nurturing competitive and high-achieving students.
Equally impressive, the graphic design extracurricular has also recorded outstanding achievements. In an inter-school competition organised by Al Hasan Jati Makmur School, two Al Siddiq students won awards: Sheza Rizka Mahdiya secured 2nd place, and Kanaya Bilqies achieved 3rd place. This success serves as motivation for other students to continue creating and striving for excellence.
Through these extracurricular activities, it is hoped that all students will continue to refine their skills, build confidence, and prepare themselves to compete in various competitions in the future. Students of Al Siddiq International School have demonstrated that they are not only active participants but are also capable of bringing home remarkable achievements.
It is hoped that in the future, even more accomplishments will be achieved and broader opportunities will be available for students to develop according to their fullest potential.
