Science learning at Al Siddiq International Primary School is becoming increasingly engaging through the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL). One of the activities carried out is the Interactive Paper Circuit Project, a creative project that enables students to understand the basic concepts of electricity through direct, hands-on learning experiences.
In this activity, students create simple electrical circuits using paper, batteries, and LED lights. They learn how electricity flows through a circuit while also developing their creativity by designing and decorating their projects.
Through the learning-by-doing approach, students not only gain an understanding of scientific concepts but also learn to identify problems, explore different solutions, and work collaboratively to complete their projects.
This PjBL activity also develops a range of essential skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, communication, and collaboration. Every attempt, including discovering and correcting mistakes, becomes a valuable part of the students’ learning experience.
Through project-based learning, curiosity develops into discovery, while creative ideas are transformed into tangible and meaningful creations.
At Al Siddiq International Primary School, learning is not simply about knowing, but also about trying, creating, and discovering.
