SD Al Siddiq International organised a Performance Class programme for all students from 27 April 2026 until May 2026. The activity was conducted gradually, with two classes performing each day to ensure the programme ran more effectively and that every student had the opportunity to perform confidently and comfortably.
On the first day, the event was carried out successfully in a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. The performances began with Classes 1A and 3C, followed by Classes 2A and 2D, then Classes 2B and 2C, Classes 1B and 3B, as well as Class 3A, Class 5, and Class 6, all of whom presented a variety of their best performances according to the arranged schedule.
The students showcased many interesting performances. Some delivered storytelling presentations, recited poetry, presented riddles, sang songs, recited verses from the Holy Qur’an, performed class dramas, talked about their hobbies, and even staged a traditional puppet show that captured the audience’s attention. Each child was given approximately five minutes to perform, allowing all students to experience speaking directly in front of an audience.
The purpose of the Performance Class programme was to nurture students’ courage and self-confidence from an early age. In addition, the activity also helped improve communication skills, creativity, teamwork, responsibility, and students’ mental readiness to express their abilities more confidently.
Throughout the programme, the atmosphere remained warm and full of enthusiasm. Teachers accompanied and supported the students wholeheartedly, while parents attended to provide encouragement and appreciation for their children. Many parents expressed their hopes that activities such as this would continue to be held regularly, as they were considered highly beneficial in shaping children into confident, active, and courageous individuals who are willing to perform in front of others.
Through this programme, SD Al Siddiq International hopes that all students will continue to develop not only academically, but also in public speaking, creativity, and other positive character-building skills. The Performance Class programme serves as one of the school’s concrete efforts to provide every child with the opportunity to showcase their best potential.
